What time of year should I have my roof and siding cleaned?

NW Softwash works year round on all of our cleaning services. We recommend that most homeowners should schedule the roof or siding cleaning service right when they notice the dirt or moss accumulation and before it gets worse. There is very little upside on either rain or shine.

Is NW Softwash required to carry a pesticide license?

Yes, any exterior cleaning provider that provides moss treatment/removal is required to carry a commercial pesticide applicator license and insurance. For your safety, ALL NW Softwash technicians are licensed in both Oregon and Washington to apply a pesticide that kills and removes moss on your property.
