Both Ford and Isiah were professional, customer-focused, informative, and highly knowledgeable about the roof cleaning service and what to expect afterward. They took the time to explain that while the moss has been successfully treated and is now dead, it will remain on the roof until it naturally loosens and falls away. After the first few rains, the remaining moss will begin to disappear on its own.
