The technician from NW Softwash was sent out as promised on time and very professional. He explained everything and what he was going to do. He cleaned up all debris from the property and left my property clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

Communication from the office was great. Adam arrived early and clean heavy moss and then treated the whole roof. No pressure washing! Excellent service! David Tolleshaug

Excellent communication and scheduling throughout the entire process. Both Ford and Isiah were professional, customer-focused, informative, and highly knowledgeable about the roof cleaning service and what to expect afterward.

They took the time to explain that while the moss has been successfully treated and is now dead, it will remain on the roof until it naturally loosens and falls away. After the first few rains, the remaining moss will begin to disappear on its own.

I highly recommend this company based on the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and the exceptional care and service provided by their employees.

Isaiah arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the moss and algae off our driveway and entryway. He restored both to looking brand new again. Isaiah also inspected our entire roof and attended to small areas of moss that he found as covered by our roof cleaning warranty. NW Softwash and their staff are the best in town!

A technician took care of a bit of moss that had returned 2 years later. I reached out via email one evening and a tech was there a couple of days later. He did a great job and was very professional.

Isaiah's work was excellent removing moss from entry sidewalks and followup cleaning of windows. Early work washing down home exterior was also well done.
