Excellent Company, Excellent Service! An all-over great experience: Sydney was quick in answering my quote query the same day and responded quickly to any following questions. Riley came out to do the quote and explain services and warranty. On the day of service, Ford & Pat were stellar, very personable and explained the service again and then got right to work clearing the moss carpet off our roof. I would recommend NW Softwash hands down over any other company based on their staff and PR as well as doing a great job clearing the moss from the roof. Thank you NW Softwash!

"High-Quality Work"

I contracted NW Softwash to power wash my front drive and walkway as well as perform a gutter cleaning and roof treatment. I will say that while their prices are steep, the service was great and the warranty was the reason I decided to go with them. First, I had contact with the schedulers at all times and was able to break the services into two appointments, as I wanted my front walkway de-mossed for my elderly parents ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and my roof I waited until after my Christmas lights were removed. The service was excellent on the power washing as well as the roof cleaning. I don't remember who did my driveway, but Marshall and Mason were my techs for the roof and they spent about 3 hours working on my house. They thoroughly cleaned the gutters by blowing them out, then proceeded to wash the roof with a solution and rinsed down my house walls. They cleaned up all the debris from the gutter and roof cleaning they fell onto my lawn. I also received a video showing my roof and gutters. Definitely a great company. Again, expensive but it feels like it was worth it.

I really appreciate the work of Canaan and Mason from NW Softwash. I was happy to find out they do Christmas light set up and take down. When there was a problem with some of the bulbs, they came right back to fix them. Great service!
