Marshall did an amazing job. We have a white house, and it literally blinded me when I went to check out the job he did after. He did it within 2 hours, which would’ve take us days and we get the two year warranty in case it comes back. Can’t believe it took so long for us to get this off our to-do list.

My experience with NW Softwash from the beginning was just great. Their response time was pretty quick from my first phone call and inquiry. Teri Ann was able to come out to my home the same day as she was already in my area to give me my a bid. She was timely, professional and very friendly. I was given lots of detailed information explaining all of my options to choose from. I was impressed with the detailed email bids with the drone photos of my house that Teri Ann sent me. That made selecting a service package very easy for me. Canaan and his partner came out the very next week for my service appt. I received timely clear communication of when they were on their way to my home and they even came early. They did a great job, unfortunately they had an equipment failure at the last task of the service and had to come back in the next 1 to 2 weeks to finish. I called the office and scheduled an appt for July 5 but the guys returned on Friday the 28th of June, one week early. I was out of town then and called the office immediately when I received a text that a technician was on his way to my home. The office had fumbled the appt time but was able to keep me on my original return appt of July 5. Gage and Michael came out on July 5 to finish the RV/carport roof treatment. Again, good communication as to when they were on their way. They were professional and courteous. Also all technicians were respectful of my property. All in all a 5 star review just minus one star for the scheduling mix up and difficulty in reaching someone in the office by phone to communicate the mix up before any work started without me being home. All ended up working out just fine. I will definitely call on NW Softwash in the future and refer friends and family to them.

"We would recommend them highly"

Our home was just washed by NW Softwash! It is a large and complex roof, shingle siding, surrounded by large gardens in full bloom. The work was done to perfection and completed ahead of schedule. Marshall and Tom worked throughout the heat wave, were courteous and highly skilled. Their supervisor Tom was present, or stopping by to check the progress. Not a single plant was disturbed. The house looks like new. We would recommend them highly. Thank you!!!!

While their prices are steep, the service was great and the warranty was why I chose them. Excellent power washing and roof cleaning, and they thoroughly cleaned up. Definitely a great company.

"What a Great Company"

We had an outstanding experience with NW Softwash, from first contact to the end result: beautifully clear windows. Our home is a challenge to roof, gutter, and window cleaners because it has three stories, sharply slanted roofs with skylights, some 20’ ceilings, and windows that unfortunately experience many bird strikes. Vusi, the employee who helped us, handled every challenge with skill and thoroughness. He was a pleasure to work with. Two days after his visit we are still struck with the great job he did. (I don’t think the previous owner had cleaned the windows or skylights in decades.) We will be recommending NW Softwash to our friends and will definitely use them again. What a great company.
