We do not hang lights that the homeowner already has. This ensures the ease of installation and quality control of the lights we use! We want to be able to warranty all light installations we do.

We offer an early bird discount for all customers who schedule their installation before November 1st.

When you receive your quote, you will see the price broken into two sections, labor and materials. We have a minimum cost of $400 for labor.

Absolutely, these are now your commercial grade lights that you own. As part of our processes and warranty, we will come back to your property once the holidays are over, take down all your lights, and store them for you!

Yes, we clean storm windows. We like to look a the integrity of the frame before we clean. Most of the time, we are able to remove the windows and clean them. If we feel that the integrity of the glass/frame may be compromised with the service, we will immediately notify you to protect your windows.

We recommend cleaning your window glass at least once per year. This ensures they produce maximum efficiency for you and your home. Many times if you have children or pets in the house, you may want them cleaned twice a year. We can schedule the frequency of cleanings that work best for you!

We offer Hard Water Removal as an additional service. Since it requires special chemicals and a separate process to remove, we don't offer it with standard cleaning prices. However, if you are looking to get water spots removed, please inquire to our technicians on site for a quote and we can offer that service where needed.

Yes, we do! One of the services we offer at NW Softwash includes exterior gutter brightening. For this, we use a method called soft washing. We apply a low-pressure biodegradable cleaning solution to the face of your gutters that rids any organic algae, dirt, and other residues without any damage. We then rinse the gutters with low pressure leaving them shiny and clean! This is a separate-priced service and can be bundled with the interior Gutter Cleaning for the best result.

Yes. Pressure washing can be very damaging to almost any kind of roof. Your roofing manufacturer could void your roof warranty if a pressure washer is used to clean it. That’s why we designed a very low-pressure treatment process that ensures no damage and a long-lasting roofing system and is 100% backed by the manufacture!

Our roof cleaning process involves a light sweep of large moss, and a blowoff of loose debris. We then spray a cleaning mixture (pressure of a garden hose) that sanitizes all moss and algae on the roof. The rain and wind will wash/blow the dead remaining moss particles off your roof in a short few months after. No Damage = Happy Roof! If you have a metal roof, we will wash it clean with low pressure the same day. If you have a tile roof and want an instant clean, we have the option to pressure wash on specific scoped projects. Feel free to reach out and inquire.

There are a couple of things to consider such as if you live in an area that causes your roof to be more susceptible to discoloring or algae deposits. The price essentially depends on how much SQF of work is needed and what type of roof you have, but rest assured, we never carry out any work without you knowing the final price. After your roof treatment process on Asphalt and Tile roofs, you may notice some dead white moss. This is normal as we intentionally do not remove 100% of the moss. This would require pressure washing or using a wire scraper and both of these are very harmful. Instead, we use a light broom technique to agitate the loose moss, then we spray our solution that kills off all leftover growth. Within 3-6 months, you will see the rest of the moss fall off naturally! It is safe, and effective, and leaves your roof in the best possible shape for the long term.

Any flat outdoor surface can be pressure washed, this includes driveways, pavers, patios, and decks. However, it is important to never pressure wash vertical surfaces or those which are of a delicate nature such as house walls and roofs. Doing so runs the risk of causing irreparable damage and the materials may have to be completely replaced.

For residential properties with an average level of traffic and exposure to the weather, pressure washing may need to be done on an annual basis although if dirt appears more frequently, the job can be done as needed. Good general maintenance will help you to avoid the need for multiple pressure washing cleanings each year.

We charge Pressure Washing projects by the square foot. We will measure the area to determine the size and calculate the number of square feet that the area covers. Our price will reflect this figure.

Pressure Washing can heavily damage your siding if done improperly and does not sanitize the surface from future mold and algae growth. We only recommend a Soft Wash. We use gentle pressure, that will guarantee a great clean without blasting away the paint! Our cleaning solution sanitizes the surface along with the cleaning.

NW Softwash uses a technique called "Soft Wash". This is a low-pressure approach that combines special cleaning soaps and the pressure of a garden hose. Our work trucks are equipped with everything needed to wash 1 story all the way to 4 stories high - cleaning from the ground! We will never power wash your siding.

Usually, house washing should be done as often as once every other year depending on how much shade your siding gets. Living in areas that have extreme weather, or where your home is more likely to attract things such as moss and algae will mean that you will have to have it done more often. However, we are happy to talk through your personal situation and offer practice advice about how many times a year you might need it.

We price our house washing services based on factors such as how much work is needed to be done, what type of service you need and the square footage of the surface.
