NW Softwash is a local home service business based in Vancouver, Washington. We are a fast growing business looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take on Admin leadership and lead our operation team to success. We are searching for an individual with high regard for personal values, great leadership understanding, and an eye for detail. This position will work closely with our CEO! This position will support our operations team, and the candidate must be physically able to climb ladders and comfortable on a roof.
Pay will vary depending on experience. Salary Range: $62,500-$74,000/YR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of Operations at Vancouver, Washington location
- Lead a team of 12-20 field technicians
- Ensure that all vehicles, equipment and supplies are maintained
- Ensure shop & office are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Ensure that technicians follow company policy, and adhere to company values and brand guidelines for safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and organization
- Maintain inventory items, chemicals & supplies
- Oversee safety program & compliance. Conduct weekly safety meetings
- Maintain and optimize technician schedules. Work closely with the Admin team throughout the day
- Daily track production numbers and KPI’s through CRM. Input data as necessary
- Support all production crews, and assist in field if needed
- Responsible for Labor percentages and managing COGS on the company P&L statement
- Create and sustain an adequate hiring pipeline for technicians
- Investigate complaints, perform on-site evaluations, and address all production related customer issues
- Be responsible for our high level reputation and for the continual improvement of our Operations staff on the service experience offered
- Help with the training of employees for yearly service offerings (Christmas Lights, concrete sealing etc)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to sit in a seated position for extended periods of time
- Able to work on roofs and ladders comfortably for training and customer initiatives
- Extended amount of focus, under stressful conditions
- Quick thinking and high adaptability
QUALIFICATIONS:

PAY:
- $62.5k - $74k
This is full-time Monday to Friday in Vancouver, WA.
