PAY:

• $26/hr (Lead Technician)
• Start as a Trainee and work up to a Lead Technician within the first 6 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Lead Softwash Technician is responsible in the successful completion of all jobs. You will be trained to work safely and efficiently at the job while working alongside a winning team. You will learn, be challenged, grow, and have fun while being 100% confident on every job performed. Lead Technicians wash residential houses, roofs, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, patios, etc. for homes and neighborhood associations. Your job is to provide the highest level of professionalism to our customers. You will be have an Assistant Technician assisting you to perform daily tasks and assist with safety operations.

This is an entry-level position. No experience is necessary to join our team as a Technician. Our leadership team will provide you with all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be comfortable with working on roofs
• Comfortable working with ladders and power washing equipment
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must bring a positive attitude daily.
• Valid Drivers License
• Clean background
